Nature of the Website

This private reference site does not store official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document. It organizes routes to Sunflower County and Mississippi jail, corrections, court, supervision, and federal resources. Some pages also connect visitors to outside research tools whose services remain separate.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use the site lawfully and without harming another person or the service. You agree that you will not:

• violate a law or another person's rights;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone;
• make hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions from site content;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

No Consumer Reports

Access May Be Revoked

Access may be suspended, limited, or terminated at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Ending access does not cancel provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification.

Mississippi Governing Law

These terms are governed by Mississippi law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper authority within Mississippi, except where controlling law requires another forum.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
